Leighton House Dental Practice takes complaints very seriously and tries to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
To make your complaint:
You can write or e-mail your complaint to us. We will acknowledge it to you in writing or e-mail within 3 working days and try to respond within 10 working days. However, it is recognised that a complaint may take longer to fully investigate and we will endeavour to keep you fully informed of the progress throughout.
